Backup runs

A backup run is a single backup of a database cluster stored in Object Storage. Use the account overview or a cluster’s run list to track status, size, and restore options.

In the console

Account overview

On Backup Runs, myStack shows:

Metric Description
Backups Number of backup runs
Total backup size Combined size of runs in GB
Last updated Age of the most recently updated run

Run details

Each run lists:

Field Description
Database Source cluster (account overview only)
Path Object path of the backup artifact
Size Backup size in GB
Bucket Object Storage bucket that holds the run
Created at When the run started
Status Lifecycle status (wait for Ready before restore)

Actions

Important Deleting a backup run cannot be undone.
