Cluster details
The cache detail page shows status, endpoints, members, and configuration for a Redis or Valkey cluster.
Overview
- Status — cluster lifecycle state
- Engine — Redis or Valkey and version
- Server type — instance size
- Replica count — number of extra replicas
- Port — default
6379 - Read/write domain — primary endpoint
- Read-only domain — replica endpoint when present
- Password — shown when available; otherwise use the value from create time
Members
The members table lists each node:
- Role (Primary or Replica)
- Server and status
- Actions on replicas — Promote to primary, Delete replica
Choose Add replica to add a member.
Configuration sections
- Metrics — charts when available
- Security group — network access
- Parameter group — engine settings
- Backups — policies and runs
Delete a cache
In Danger zone, choose Delete, then confirm. Deletion is asynchronous.
